Key Hotel - Vicenza

I nearly gave this place a good review, but the insufficient parking and coffee at breakfast, only being served on demand, were just unacceptable. Who wants to ask for coffee every single time? As for upgrades, i really expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. I guess that's too much to ask here.

The food was good, the breakfast was fresh and free. The staff was attentive and everything was really good.

I stayed for 1 night in a Family Room. The staff were super cute, and my room was clean with a nice balcony for fresh air. Breakfast had plenty of options, a nice surprise! Plus, it's just a short walk to the city center 🥐

Savoury breakfast with fresh fruit being replaced when finished, hot meal and multiple food options, the staff is excellent and extremely friendly. The place has amazing location in a residential area behind football stadium. There is cafe Gambarato, set 400 metres walk away...

Hotel is approx a 7-9 Euro taxi fare from the Train Station. Free Wireless in the room and good breakfast included.

There was no hot water for the morning shower.

From the moment we arrived until the morning we departed, Hotel Continental did not disappointment. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff was professionally accomodating and graciously helpful. Although it was not in the city center, the hotel is a short, pleasant walk away. OA real plus was the extensive and delicious breakfasts that were included in our stay. We would definitely stay at Hotel Continental again

My family and I enjoyed a one-night stay while visiting Vicenza. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony that we appreciated despite needing a bit of cleaning. The breakfast offered a wide selection, and we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff who provided great recommendations for a seafood dinner nearby. Being able to walk to the Old Town in just about 15 minutes was a bonus. It was a lovely experience, especially with the excitement from the local football game happening nearby.

Very hotel. Worth the rate you for the hotel. Nice and gentle hotel staff. Enjoyable breakfast buffet. To be recommended in Vicenza.

The staff were friendly and my room was clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The breakfast was a delight, with options to start the day right. The location was perfect, with access to the city center within just a 15-minute walk.

Parking situation could improve.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great price, big breakfast, short walk into the historic district. Nice bathrooms with great fixtures and water pressure in the shower. Overall, exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.

Beds were too hard for our taste, but that's Europe. Also, the walls are thin - we could hear neighbors talking as if they were in the room.

We stay here as it is convenient to where our son lives and the staff now know us and are very friendly
